Bringing Tai Chi to EarthFest 2023

Tai Chi friends Pauline Jauquet and Mark Tomlinson welcomed people to our informational table during EarthFest 2023 held April 22 at the University of Wisconsin Student Center.

Originally conceived as an outdoor event in Glen Park, the symposium was moved indoors because of the weather.

Tai chi students demonstrated the empty hand form, the sword form and the cane form for onlookers and answered questions about the benefits and availability of tai chi classes to improve health and life.
